30/08/2018 Survey of the Slesvig 18th Century wreck

SubseaX got the unique opportunity to perform a visual survey of the Slesvig under contract from the Norwegian Maritime Museum. The Slesvig is a Danish warship that sank off Søndre Missingen in Southern Norway in 1711 after hitting shallow reefs and is now resting at 28m depth.

Countless canons and several anchors are scattered over the site and large parts of the wooden keel plating remain.
